Coaching for the Modern Lawyer

On September 24, we hosted a round-table discussion with three expert lawyer coaches to help legal professionals navigate the new normal in the wake of COVID-19.

 

Since March we’ve seen firm closures, job losses, changes in compensation, and practice areas that have dried up altogether.

A recent survey by LexisNexis Canada of 400 legal professionals across the country reveals that 67 per cent expect to see, or are currently experiencing, practice-related changes due to the pandemic.

The lawyer coaches provided tips, tools and tactics around business development, networking and building resilience in challenging times.
